How long are your contracts?
We don't do contracts. You can cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time from within your dashboard.
How do I sign up?
You start with a free trial. We don’t collect your credit card until you’ve determined HYPEMGMT is the right product for you.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, at any time, in your dashboard. When upgrading or downgrading your website plan, you will receive either a pro-rated charge or refund, depending on the cost of your new plan.
How do I cancel service?
Canceling your plan is an easy and no-questions-asked process. It’s done online right from your site manager.
Do I need hosting?
No. All plans include our fully-managed cloud hosting, ensuring your website remains available at all times.
Do you sell domains?
No. You will need to purchase your own domain name from a registrar of your choice in order to use our custom domain feature.
How do I get paid from sales?
Our service integrates with Stripe and accepts credit card payments directly to your bank account. Sign up for an account with Stripe in minutes and start accepting payments immediately.
How much are transaction fees?
We charge a transaction fee of $1 + 3% per ticket sold. Visit Stripe for payment processing rates for your country.
